Sharik Hub and the Eastern Chamber signed a memorandum of understanding.

The Eastern Chamber (represented by the Youth Business Council) signed a memorandum of understanding with Shared Hub Co-working Space to enhance cooperation and collaboration in the fields of entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The signing ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Abdulhakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, the Chairman of the Youth Business Council, Abdullah bin Faisal Al-Brikan, and his deputy, Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Faraj.

The memorandum emphasizes the commitment of both parties, as signed by the Secretary-General of the Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, and the CEO of Shared Hub, Awaid Al-Subeai, to provide a framework that enables the exploration of possible means to promote and consolidate the culture of entrepreneurship and freelancing, and to establish it firmly in the Eastern region. It aims to develop an innovative and technological environment, prepared for global competition, and to support startups in general, thereby enhancing the role and status of both parties in the region. The memorandum also highlights the utilization of technical and technological services and information through consultations and guidance from the members and consultants of each party, according to an agreed-upon program.

Furthermore, the memorandum emphasizes mutual cooperation in providing facilities and services for both parties during the organization of joint programs, exchanging experiences, and benefiting from the partners and networks of both parties, as well as their relationships with entities that support entrepreneurship and local and international financing in supporting the activities and projects of both parties. It also underscores collaboration in awareness and media methods for programs, activities, and events of each party, in accordance with a mutually agreed-upon plan.
